I paid $14 for a foot long chicken teriyaki sub. I took 2 bites & realized the chicken was still very cold. So I took it back up & let the cashier know. She then took my sandwich back (including the part I had ate off of) scrapes the veggies off as best she could and threw it back in the toaster!? I was baffled that she and the other employee there found this acceptable!! I will NEVER return here!!

What the point of being open 24 when your food not ready. You have to wait for the meatballs to be hot this the second time in two weeks
