  We went to buy a sub the girl at the shop was super rude wouldnt even look at us to let us know she was busy drying the floor acted like I was gonna get the sub for free this happened on 8/8/26 at 735 pm Bill if you are reading this your employee is acting like its her place of business

  Super annoyed. I ordered online in the app, I ordered two footlong sandwiches. I got there for pickup and was only given one I told the young lady I was charged not only twice but 3 times to my Apple Pay card and my Bank of America card that’s also attached to my Apple Pay. She told me he couldn’t help me I’d have to speak to her boss who is usually not around. So I wasn’t given my two subs or a refund whatsoever just one sub and 2 extra charges on my card. This restaurant and app is by far the worst. They should be able to help the customers since I was already charged I should have been given at the very least my second sub but I wasn’t. I will be reporting to my bank and calling an agent associated with Apple Pay to try and fix the other two charges because it’s not fair to be taken advantage of that way to just give me one sub and keep all my money that I never authorized 3 times instead of just once for the only sub given to me. I won’t be ordering here anytime soon, be careful with your orders!!

  My sandwich didn’t even have enough lettuce, spinach, and olives. It only 4 leaf of spinach and 3 slice of onion and they even forgot my olives had only 3 pickles

  Good service, I purchased 9 sandwiches to cut into 1/4 pieces to take to a potluck.
