    When did you start charging a food tax and sales tax which added an additional $5 to a 10 piece meal and 8 piece nuggets only and $1.50 for a ranch that was $30 never again

    Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. I placed an order and asked for water because the wings were very spicy and I had kids with me. The staff told me they were not giving out water cups because there were a lot of kids outside asking for them. However, I was a paying customer inside the store and was still refused water. Running out of water cups is understandable, but refusing to provide water or an alternative cup to paying customers is unacceptable. Basic customer service should include providing water, especially when families with kids are dining in. This was very poor service and extremely frustrating. Management should review this policy because customers should not be denied something as basic as water. To make things worse I was also asked to go get a water cup from next door shop where I even didn’t shop.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Winstop, largely the behavior of the manager, Lisa. She was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. We were served wings that were incredibly small—honestly about 1 inch in size—which felt unacceptable for what we paid. When I brought this up, instead of trying to help or resolve the issue, Lisa told me I had to bring back all the food just to address the problem. She showed no willingness to assist and was very disrespectful throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, she kept blaming me rather than taking responsibility or even trying to understand the concern. Customer service like this is not okay. I expected a simple resolution, but instead I was met with attitude and poor treatment. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.
