  Love wingstop! Especially that it's get rewards on their app! Redeemed this reward today. Spend $5 or more and get a free 5 boneless wings flavor. Saved some money! Order conveniently through the app, no wait time! This is my near by location where I live and is quick on the orders and also a friendly staff. Never have any issues, food and customer wise. There's a lady that works here name Lisa. She is so cool and will convo with you while waiting u wait for ur order. Super cool!

  When did you start charging a food tax and sales tax which added an additional $5 to a 10 piece meal and 8 piece nuggets only and $1.50 for a ranch that was $30 never again

  Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. I placed an order and asked for water because the wings were very spicy and I had kids with me. The staff told me they were not giving out water cups because there were a lot of kids outside asking for them. However, I was a paying customer inside the store and was still refused water. Running out of water cups is understandable, but refusing to provide water or an alternative cup to paying customers is unacceptable. Basic customer service should include providing water, especially when families with kids are dining in. This was very poor service and extremely frustrating. Management should review this policy because customers should not be denied something as basic as water. To make things worse I was also asked to go get a water cup from next door shop where I even didn’t shop.
