  I just went into this wing stop the customer service was bad everyone had a attitude taking orders they made my order wrong the wings were the wrong flavor and the fries as well they were also cold overall not a good experience called to let them know they said they couldn’t do anything about it .

  I placed an order at 3:50 PM and waited inside for the food, but didn’t receive it until 4:25 PM. During this time, the manager was on his phone, and there were only two employees inside. The girl kept saying she wasn’t in the mood and made everyone wait. Once we got to the parking lot, my boyfriend checked the bags, and the ranches were missing, so I double-checked as well. I went back inside, and when I told them they forgot my ranches, the employee laughed at me. She then said the manager saw her put them in. I brought the bags back in, and the worker took the manager aside, out of my view. When he returned, he started arguing with me. In the end, my boyfriend came back inside because he saw me talking with the manager, and they finally gave us the ranches. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Save your time and money and don’t come here & always check your food if you do!

  Not happy at all with my customer service. The location is a mess and the workers are extremely lazy in the next location. Stay away.
