  Avoid this place—they lost my package and gave me excuses!Just like many other reviews here mention, this location is incredibly disorganized. They completely lost my package and, instead of trying to fix the mistake or offer a real solution, the staff just gave me a ridiculous, made-up story. Zero accountability and terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and don't ship or deliver anything here.

  Rude employees especially the girl with brown hair, light eyes and braces. She has a serious attitude problem. After dealing with her I will no longer use this establishment to mail out my packages for my business.

  Adian was a wonderful help. It was my first time at the UPS Store and he helped me out a lot. He helped me with all of the things that I asked for and he was patient with me when I didnt know how to send a package.

  whats wrong with this short white glasses guy？ tell me he will take 25 packages then only took 2 small bags and tell me the store is full. But there is empty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ups driver just left. The store is empty!!! Omg please, just get an other job. Play customer like that?

  I was there before opening, the counter agent was professional and opened on time. The process was painless (well almost, 5 boxes weighing 5-7 lbs = $306) But had an early flight to catch and this store was the only one open early and close to the airport. Appreciate that!!
