  Adian was a wonderful help. It was my first time at the UPS Store and he helped me out a lot. He helped me with all of the things that I asked for and he was patient with me when I didnt know how to send a package.

  whats wrong with this short white glasses guy？ tell me he will take 25 packages then only took 2 small bags and tell me the store is full. But there is empty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ups driver just left. The store is empty!!! Omg please, just get an other job. Play customer like that?

  I was there before opening, the counter agent was professional and opened on time. The process was painless (well almost, 5 boxes weighing 5-7 lbs = $306) But had an early flight to catch and this store was the only one open early and close to the airport. Appreciate that!!

  Jose was absolutely wonderful! I was very slow in finding where to send a return label and he was very patient and absolutely kind , while I was still trying to do what I had to do , he was helping other customers wonderfully, he is very hard worker in doing his job! I hope to see him raised up to higher position and good pay!!
