Deseree is really awesome, I was In here today for a routine Mail retrieved, and needed to forward my mail. Not only did she exceed expectations, and totally rem I and me what real customer service looks like, I forgot my mail. And she called me to catch me before I got to far. Luckily I was up the street. A.d was able to come get my mail, In which was very important Mail.. if she didn't call me, I would've been in a serious situation. Thank you soooooo much Deseree. For your awesome customer service , and care... that what it's all about.. GOD BLESS

This location is really efficient, staff don't hesitate to take care of business without being rude, much appreciated, to the point no messing around with small chat

I have been to alot of ups store, usually they are friendly and helpful. Everytine they even offer to tape the package for me and help me to carry the package if heavy.
EXCEPT this store, who ever works there or the manager decided that his policy is to charge for putting a piece of tape on the package?!?
She goes yes we have different policy??!!!
Which aren’t you guys ups store as well; very strange and i have been to different locations and never heard of this policy, but i think somebody decided to collect fees !!!

I have a mailbox there. I went there today to pick up my packages and the old men told me no I can't have my package because it has been there for 3 days, there's 5 day grace period there is a $1 dollar charge for each day after the 5 day. He try to charge me $5 dollars in order to get my package. After I insist that he talked to the owner. And she gave him the okay to give me my package. After I showed him the notice of with all the information charged and how many days a package could sit there. He didn't even apologize for being rude to me he need be retrain on better customer service. He don't have good customer service at ALL, every time I go in there he always seems unhappy to be there. I been having my mailbox over 3 years. He's only one that is not friendly with the customers.
