  Muy mal servicio, el señor que nos atendió es un racista, nos dejó con el saludo en la boca y nos pasó un papel sin darnos explicación alguna, el hecho de que no hable español no le quita ser amable.

  I see why they only have 2.3 stars, I could give them 0 stars if I could This is the worst customer service. I come here because it's close to home. But every single time, employees are so rude!!!

  Terrible customer service by the middle aged woman and old man. The only person thats EVER greeted me and acknowledged my presence is the young man that works there sometimes. And there’s been a couple times where they’ve closed an hour early. There’s so many bad reviews but I haven’t seen any changes.

  Deseree is really awesome, I was In here today for a routine Mail retrieved, and needed to forward my mail. Not only did she exceed expectations, and totally rem I and me what real customer service looks like, I forgot my mail. And she called me to catch me before I got to far. Luckily I was up the street. A.d was able to come get my mail, In which was very important Mail.. if she didn't call me, I would've been in a serious situation. Thank you soooooo much Deseree. For your awesome customer service , and care... that what it's all about.. GOD BLESS
