  There's a really stingy guy there; it's not the first time he's given me a terrible sandwich. This time I took it personally. He gave me a bun with tons of onions and some tomatoes with wilted lettuce. I never found any protein. It was embarrassing when I told him I hadn't ordered that. He insisted the rules dictate how the sandwich is made. In short, I hope they move him from there; he's ruining the Subway concept.

  $7.99 footlong, choose from 4 different, without doubt the best value for money on the gate side of TSA. Buy your canned/bottled drinks from the vending machine across from gate 402, they are half the price of those sold from all other vendors. Example, Hudson charges $7.25 for a 16oz can of Monster Energy, the vending machine is $3.90 ...^^

  Terrible customer service. Came here today, only one person working, she was calmly sweeping the floor and intentionally ignoring me, I kindly said "Hello" to announce my presence, she replied "I said hold on", visibly upset. I Immediately went out afterwards.

  Wow! My first time going to this subway and it won’t be the last! The Experience food, service, atmosphere was amazing, impecable in fact. I was debating on choosing Subway but the employees attitude really made it easy to decide. Vanessa was speedy and kind and that’s exactly what I needed for a great experience.

  I had the pleasure of having Carlene make my Italian trio wrap! She stated that the wrap will be made as is and if there were any other sauces I would like. She was clear and concise. Her hospitality was spot on! Fast and easy service. I appreciate you all here at ONT airport !! Gooooo Subwayy! Free cookie w/ review.
