  I did a mobile pick up order & when I got home, 1 foot long had almost no meat in it, the 6 inch I got was missing the avocado which the up charge is $1.50. I went in person to have both sandwiches corrected. She told me repeatedly that she put the avocado, as if I was lying or just wanted to waste my gas. She did add one additional scoop to the foot-long. Then proceeds to hand me a whole uncut avocado.. she says “here you can have this” I told her I don’t want a whole avocado. I want what I paid for inside of my sandwich. She rolled her eyes. She handed me the whole avocado to be passive, aggressive, horrible customer service. This is the closest location to my home but I will not be coming here anymore.

  Si pudiera no le daría ninguna estrella. Que incomodo hacer una orden y el personal este hablando en secreto todo el tiempo, atienden tu orden con una cantidad mínima de producto que literal fueron 3 rebanadas de jamón y unos cuantos vegetales, era más pan qué otra cosa. Por si fuera poco, no tienen la variedad de bebidas que ofrecen, mis hijas no toman refresco y es lo único que había en el lugar, pero el personal no paro de hablar en secreto y mirar muy incomodamente. Ojala que hagan algo, no lo recomiendo para nada y aun más no hay nadie a quien reportar.

  Great customer service. I always come and the owner is always nice and provides great service even when it gets busy.
