  Store manager was so rude!!! She was a tall African American lady. Her vibes are extremely off and her customer service skills are terrible. Please dont take it out on us if you are having a bad day.

  my recent experience has definitely solidified my dislike for delivery services handled by FedEx! I had a delivery scheduled to be shipped to my address. I was not informed that a signature was needed by the shipper. I personally spoke with FedEx customer support team(7/15) to have my delivery date and time adjusted so I can receive my package. The phone representative assured me the adjustments they suggested would be able to be fulfilled. That same day (evening) I received a phone call from a representative from the shipping center that was assigned to deliver my package. I was told the by the rep that my new delivery appointment could not be fulfilled because deliveries end at 4p. I was then told the package could be held until Sat 7/18 for me to pick up my package. I arrived to pick up my package just to be told it was returned to the shipper. Highly do not recommend FEdEx for any delivery services needs!

  I'm honestly pretty done with FedEx. They're great when you don't have to sign for a package but so help you god if you do. Driver doesn't knock but leaves a note saying they tried. Call customer service, person on the phone said the package will be held at Ontario. I go to Ontario (coming off a overnight shift mind you) just for the service rep lady (who was really nice) to tell me the same driver has my package and the person that helped me on the phone yesterday didn't close the case correctly. So now I get to wait for this driver yet again with a two hour wide delivery window and pray that he actually knocks. My head drops to the floor every single time I get a notification telling me my package is being handled by FedEx. I burned over 2 hours of my time and gas just to be told that. Never had this issue with UPS or even USPS despite all the problems they have. Fedex has got to do better cause I honestly would not want to use you guys for anything.

  No ground shipping package drop off after 5pm. Customer be aware.
