  FedEx Ship center and only accept Express package, not Ground package. The reason is ridiculous that Express and Ground are different department so they can not receive my package and print receipt. Although they offered to leave package at facility to check available or I can drop off package at other stores, how can I leave my expensive stuff at the facility without any receipt? That’s not options to choose. Really bad organization and bad service. Waste of time.
