    Tracking Number: JD014600012616401387 Shipment Number: 6029767785 I am giving this location one star due to an extremely disappointing experience with a time-sensitive DHL Express shipment and poor customer service handling. My shipment contained Eid clothes that were guaranteed for delivery on May 26 before 9 PM. DHL’s own tracking system showed the package arrived at the Ontario, CA delivery facility at approximately 9:21 AM on the guaranteed delivery date. Shortly afterward, the shipment was placed “on hold,” and delivery was missed. What made the experience worse was the customer support interaction. Instead of providing a clear explanation, the representative repeatedly redirected blame to the sender and kept repeating refund policy rather than addressing the actual issue and timeline shown in DHL’s own tracking system. When I requested escalation and management contact information to formally document the service failure, the conversation felt dismissive and was ultimately disconnected without proper resolution. I understand delays can happen, but transparency, accountability, and professionalism matter — especially for time-sensitive shipments tied to important occasions. This experience did not reflect the level of service expected from DHL Express.

    Wonderful experience at the DHL office in Ontario. I was helped by Cecilia to ship a international box. She was a tremendous help with picking the proper box to ship with and that saved me a lot of money. She also made sure my addresses were correct and secured the package perfectly. I would highly recommend using DHL for international shipments. They make it very easy there.
