  I cane in because my messages app disappeared. The staff here helped me recover it as well as taught me how to navigate the changes that were happening on said phone. They were very patient and even offered me a new program so I upgrade my phone in the future. Thank you to the young lady Erica for helping me through all my troubles. I'll definitely be returning here when I need a new phone.

  So today my daughter decided to purchase a new phone and let me tell you the service was great. The young man that helped us was awesome he helped set up everything for her new phone.   Cricket is an awesome company. I lost my government phone but Needed to keep my phone number. I felt so lost without a phone, but Cricket is such an awesome company they were able to transfer my old phone number to their company and give me a Free phone for a single mother on a tight budget I really did appreciate what the Cricket company did for me. Thank you Cricket for such a positive experience with you & your down to earth bilingual, warm staff they treated me with respect & answered all my questions. Now I can keep in touch with my little boy who's recovering in the Hospital
