  Very disappointing experience at Wingstop. I went there to get food, but the employee was busy on his phone and ignored me for about 20 minutes instead of helping me. I had to wait around 40 minutes before I finally received my food. I understand that restaurants can get busy and orders can take time, but ignoring a customer while being occupied with a personal phone is unacceptable. The customer service was extremely poor and the whole experience was frustrating. Management should make sure employees are attentive to customers and communicate properly when there is a long wait. Based on my experience today, I would not recommend this location.

  This is our third time coming to this wingstop. The first experience was absolutely the best. I wish i remembered the managers name that day because she was great. We ordered the 20 wing bundle deal with fries and ranch. As you can see from the photos, the wings were a let down. This was all 20 wings in one container. All of them barely sauced. And then the mango habanero covered in whatever oil that is on the plate.
