  I rented a mailbox here one month ago. I was not given a key at the time of rental even though I paid in full for six months. I returned weekly only to be told they don’t yet have a key for me. Now it has been ONE MONTH and today after standing in line for 35 minutes was again told they don’t have a key for my mailbox. It’s Friday afternoon and there is only one employee working. While she’s doing a great job, the volume of customers warrants 3 employees during the 3-6pm time window. I should be able to walk in, check my mailbox, and leave, but instead I have to wait in line for 35 minutes every time I want to check my mailbox at 5pm. I do not recommend this UPS Store, they are totally mismanaged.

  Old management was excellent but now there’s always line out the door, grumpy staff, etc.
