  I had it with this location today. I called first on getting info on how it would cost to email the store the info and then to send a fax. A female (I believe the manager) answered and advised they would charge $3 for sending my email to theirs and then she quoted $1.50 flat rate for the fax. She told me twice the total will be $4.50. I get to the store and emailed my letter to their email address. After I emailed them, the manager helped others and I stood waiting for her. She never returned to me as she was leaving the store. Then I had to start over with the owner I had to keep asking to finish my transaction as he started helping other people that were in line. He finally faxed my letter but it turned out that he forget one digit and therefore confirmation came back with “line busy”. He told me it takes up to 10 minutes to receive confirmation. When he gave the confirmation I noticed that the one digit was missing. I wrote the correct number down for him and he re-faxed it. I finally received the 2nd confirmation after asking repeatedly. Then it was time to pay. He wanted to charge me more than quoted. I told him I will pay the $4.50 which I did. I asked for a receipt and he refused to give it to me. He then told me that I probably called the wrong store. I showed him my call log and he confirmed that I had called his store. I repeatedly asked him to contact the manager but he didn’t listen to that. Then he started putting words in my mouth by saying that I just confirmed that it was $1.50 per page. Which I didn’t say that. Maybe he should pull the call and listen to it. He treated me as I was stupid and started yelling. I will never use their services again because I don’t need yelling and humiliation. I was in the store for over 1 hour just to send a fax.

  I rented a mailbox here one month ago. I was not given a key at the time of rental even though I paid in full for six months. I returned weekly only to be told they don’t yet have a key for me. Now it has been ONE MONTH and today after standing in line for 35 minutes was again told they don’t have a key for my mailbox. It’s Friday afternoon and there is only one employee working. While she’s doing a great job, the volume of customers warrants 3 employees during the 3-6pm time window. I should be able to walk in, check my mailbox, and leave, but instead I have to wait in line for 35 minutes every time I want to check my mailbox at 5pm. I do not recommend this UPS Store, they are totally mismanaged.
