The tall islander looking young man that works here needs to reduce the party vibe, turn down the music that is constantly blasting, and sensor songs like gimmie gimme gimme MARIJUANA, which he was gleefully singing less than two feet from my face during our transaction. I understand that gen Z thinks that the workplace should be a party, but not at the UPS store. Please get back to a more professional business environment for your customers. Thank you.

These guys are the sweetest people you will ever come into contact with...they are very helpful with anything you need...their energy is always warm and welcoming...Fatu especially is the nicest & most helpful employee you have working there
This was my regular drop off store but no more. The young male staff member was rude to the older woman in front of me, rude to me, and the customer behind me. It was the staff member's total incompetance causing one problem after another. None of us were able to accomplish what we went in for. Will not be back. I went to another UPS store close by and got everything done with no problems at all.
I had a deeply disturbing experience at this UPS Store on 1/30/26 around 3:30 PM. The store was severely backed up, with multiple customers waiting because an employee who identified herself as the supervisor was unable to process emailed print jobs for several people.
When I reached the counter, I was told my emailed print job could not be found, despite it being sent well in advance. I calmly asked whether there were technical issues and how long the delay might be. The employee Tunga responded rudely, stating, “I don’t work for the internet,” and then became hostile when I asked for clarification.
When I requested to speak with a supervisor, she stated she was the supervisor, immediately refused me service, ordered me to leave, and then escalated the situation further by making personal, discriminatory remarks about my appearance, -and insulting me.
This was not just poor customer service, it was harassment and discriminatory treatment, carried out by someone claiming authority. No customer should be humiliated or denied service for calmly asking reasonable questions.
I have filed formal complaints regarding this incident. I strongly caution others and hope ownership takes this behavior seriously.
