  Life savers! I called on the phone with a print inquiry, emailed it in, and within the hour they had a high quality print ready and waiting for me when I got there. I was even presented with multiple options. I got this poster printed last minute for a meet and greet to get signed. Couldn’t be happier with the result!

  I never go to any other UPS store! Allen provides the absolute best customer service every single time. I frequently have to return Amazon packages and after 3 separate horrible experiences at the other location on Oceanside Blvd and College, I decided it was worth it to drive twice as far in exchange for a good experience. This location doesn’t lock you out ten minutes before closing time or blame lack of training for not being able to perform their jobs. Allen always greets everyone with a smile and goes above and beyond (and will even print your label for you if your printer is on the fritz!). Whatever he is earning, please pay him more! He keeps us customers coming back :)
