  Oh couldn't WAIT to review this place. The one star is for only one reason. I had to return a purchase. I boxed it myself at home I addressed it myself at home, I drove it to Fed Ex to drop it off. The return was free from the store I bought it from. I took it to the counter and they logged it in. They made me sign for it on their dumb little Apple iPad and the screen asked for a tip! What? You did nothing! This goes for this place and every other place that asks for tips and didn't earn them. 😤

  This place has the things I need. Fax machines, printers, boxes, ships my items and Amazon returns. But everytime I go there the staff is so rude. Always a tone of employees but I seem to be doing something to piss off the staff when I come in. I am standing in the wrong line (even though that is not clearly marked), I should have just scanned my packages and left them on the counter (when there is no info saying that), my label is taped in the wrong spot on package (when it is where the label is always affixed) and countless other things. I would take it personally but they are critical to others. They seem to expect everyone to know what to do when they come in. I wonder if the managers are mean and this is a trickle down effect or if they just hire unsociable people.
