This place has the things I need. Fax machines, printers, boxes, ships my items and Amazon returns. But everytime I go there the staff is so rude. Always a tone of employees but I seem to be doing something to piss off the staff when I come in. I am standing in the wrong line (even though that is not clearly marked), I should have just scanned my packages and left them on the counter (when there is no info saying that), my label is taped in the wrong spot on package (when it is where the label is always affixed) and countless other things. I would take it personally but they are critical to others. They seem to expect everyone to know what to do when they come in. I wonder if the managers are mean and this is a trickle down effect or if they just hire unsociable people.

I love this place! I’m old school, making paper copies of blank weekly to do lists. I like walking in, making my own copies, paying right there at the copy machine, and continuing with my day. This location is quiet. The associates are friendly and helpful to the customers I see walk in. It’s a really nice experience.

A bit of a line. Needs dedicated package drop off.

Very unpleasant experience with the blonde employee wearing a mask today. I went in for what should have been a simple drop off and was presented with immediate hostility and explanations as to why something couldn’t be shipped a specific way with no other solutions from a shipping “expert” when I was just following the instructions give to me. I’m not sure if she was fed up with an influx of drop offs having been done like this recently, but she took it out on someone who showed up with a prepaid QR label and just intended to ship out an item however it needed to be done. I would have left and let it go, but then, the interaction caused me to forget to take a photo of my item for insurance and said employee didn’t like that her subpar communication resulted in her having to do more work (retapping a single edge box shut 😢) and continued with the hostility. Pretty sure this was the manager too. OOF.

This FedEx location doesn’t even have a website listed on its Google page.
Then when I go to the FedEx site to place a printing order, the horizontal business card option is just gone. A basic order—gone.
And there’s no real way to report it. No email. No actual support. Just a phone number, which makes zero sense for a website issue—because the person you get can’t fix it.
How are you offering printing services when people can’t even place an order or report a problem?
