Great customer service. Juan and Jakeline went above and beyond - great for teaching us how to use included apps features. Very patient and compassionate because as senior we have several questions. Also empathetic with our time constraints. They even handled additional customers with grace. Very highly recommended this team at cricket oceanside (mission/el camino real)

Darlene was so helpful. She needs a raise 4 weeks paid vacation. She helped me get away from a horrible company. She was patient and willing to help me and answer all my questions with no hesitation. I will always come back to this location and ask her to help me because she will always know the answer. Ask for her by name and she will help you with a smile.
