  Juan provided excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to help us transfer all three of our lines to Cricket and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Since we are new to Cricket, he took the time to explain the current promotions, plans, and services available to us and answered all of our questions.   One was excellent professional and very very understanding and patient with me cuz I don't know much about telephones or technology he helped me get a new phone and download everything he was wonderful and kind and I appreciate him very much thank you Juan .
