  Lady wanted to obligate me to purchase a combo because I was getting the sub of the day, and I made it a foot long. Sign was on window and still kept wanting me to buy the combo. She did not care and I ended up leaving the sandwich because the sign was there and she just wasn’t cooperating. Seems like the employees there are not well trained. Did not get her name, but was a Hispanic lady.

  Super upset. Ordered on the subway app. Arrived and they are closed. Open sign is on. Hours on the door says open and apparently they’ve stolen my money. Update: it’s been over a week. I’ve called x3 and spoke to someone. 1st person the next day put me on hold and called the manager and the manager said it would be refunded. 2nd person on Thursday the 4th took my name and number and said they would have a manager call me back about it 3rd person I had to call back today Sunday the 7th bc no manager called and no refund and they again took my name and number for the manager but no refund and no call back.

  Update: I’d say it’s bigger than most subways I’ve been into. There are a few tables inside and one outside. The food is always great. When I’m feeling like a sandwich my go to place is Subway. This place is hit or miss on customer service. There are times that they are quick and there are times when it seems like there’s No customers and yet they are slow. The price is pretty standard with all Subways. Nothing really to highlight except for I really like their breakfast sandwiches. The store is clean and staff can be more friendly. ———————————————————————- This subway is in a shopping center on Main Street in Oakley. There is a private parking lot and sometimes get busy. This Subway is clean and the staff are friendly. The girls that work here always have a smile on their faces. The food is obviously fresh and haven’t disappointed at all. I love subway cookies!!! They’re my all time favorite!!!
