  So I came here the other night.. I placed an order online it said it should be ready by 12:29 AM i was there at time and no one from the staff even said hi. One of the girls there stood in front of me eating and looking at me and I was waiting there leaning towing the counter and no one said anything after she finished her corn 20 minutes later a guy came in and she immediately said “ Hey sir how can I help you “ honestly this made me feel like crap I looked at her and said I was here for over 20 minutes and u didn’t ask me that… she said “ whats the order name “ and then… the order was there sitting the whole time waiting for her lazzy stinky attitude just to do her job instead of provoking customers for no reason. When I confronted her she said nothing and went back to her coworker and started speaking Spanish and laughing. Honestly i’m not a review guy and I personally work in customer service but i’ve never felt disappointed and disrespected in my life.

  I loved it, customer service was asome and this lady at the kitchen today was really nice about asking me for every detail for my order for sure I would come again!!!

  Update ‼️‼️ Manager was very sincere in making this right and remade my food. I appreciate Wingstop corporation in valuing me as a customer. This Wingstop is in walking distance so it is my preferred place for wings. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but Wingstop costs too much for the service I received. I placed 2 orders today and had to wait 50 minutes to get my food and it wasn’t busy. But once I got my food the fries were not hot but soggy and not filled to the top of the container giving me less than the normal amount. I ordered lemon pepper but there was no lemon pepper sprinkled on top and all my food was very cold.

  They dont ever pick up the phone. I literally called while inside the restaurant, the phone does not even ring!!! Terrible customer service! Where is the manager for this location?!

  Ordered 6 Wings, picked up my order, got to my house and found 6 nuggets. Nuggets Suck. It is like someone chewed up the chicken, spit it out and then deep fried that mess. Your place is named Wing Stop not Nuggets Stop. Can I get my money and tip refunded?
