  Went her and order some wings for me and my fiancé and ended up waiting almost an hour for my food. After multiple times of me asking about my food i ended up requesting a refund. The staff acted as if they didn't understand me and couldn't speak english clear enough to help me out. I asked for a manager and even the manager was rude and allowed her staff to call me names. She refused to give me a refund and said "it's against their policy" which i know is a lie as i'm a manager for fast food as well. I think this is the most unprofessional establishment i have ever been to. I hope wingstop can figure their shit out with the people they employ and set as management

  Got the Lemon Pepper wings with seasoned fries. The wings had a nice flavor and the fries were a good addition.
