  I arrived at 5:08 PM to complete my Live Scan appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they close at 5:30 PM and that the computer was “not working.” Unfortunately, I felt like they were more interested in sending me away rather than trying to help or find a solution, even though I arrived before closing time. The experience felt disappointing and unprofessional.

  I went to the story 4/28 for assistance when it came to a third-party Amazon return. Every single member of this UPS store was there to assist me and help. They were extremely patient with me while I tried to figure out what to do next as I was not getting any answer from the third-party seller. They reassured me I was not bothering them and that they are here to assist me. Having to deal with the third party seller was extremely stressful, having the members of this store present made this experience doable. I am grateful for their assistance. Sine I had to stay at the store for about an hour, every other customer that came kept saying the same thing «  this is the best UPS Store .

  Vengo a dejar mi review y me percato que tienen baja calificación, pero a mí me encantó el trato. No soy de las que suelo regresar los productos así que era mi primera vez y me atendieron amablemente, en especial la chica de cabello rojo, Súper agradable y buena vibra. 📸💓
