  I cannot say enough good things about this UPS location, specifically Yeni! I flew into town to pick up a fragile, collectible toy vending machine I bought on eBay and needed to ship it back home before catching a flight just a few hours later. I walked in stressed and anxious, but Yeni completely put me at ease. She was incredibly patient, working with me to figure out the absolute most cost-effective way to ship everything safely. She made the entire process seamless and efficient, getting me out the door in time for my flight. The packages arrived back home in absolutely perfect condition the packaging job was fantastic. Yeni went completely above and beyond, and her amazing customer service turned a stressful day into a great experience. Thank you, Yeni!

  Not the employees fault , but 5$ to print a page should be illegal. Go to the library instead

  A total joke that they charge over $5 to print a label to ship a package with UPS. They're nice about it, at least, when they're charging you this stupid fee.

  Before you print here, consider the cost! They charge a fee to use the computer to print. Consider that you will feel as though someone reached into your wallet and grabbed five bucks and said let me hold a couple dollars with no intention to pay you back. The cost that you feel as though you’ve been grifted is too high a price to pay for last-minute printing.

  Don't use this UPS access location. Ive had multiple packages not accepted by this location, only to have them bounced around in the ups system and arrive extremely late. Use a different access point. If they have too many packages, they will not accept yours. This happened frequently with me. I had a 2 day shipment arrive 10 days later and diverted to another location. very frustrating
