I paid for secure document disposal and was told my documents would go to Iron Mountain, but the clerk took them behind a wall out of my sight. That's not acceptable when you're dealing with confidential and sensitive materials. If I'm paying for this service, I expect to either witness the disposal myself or have a clear, transparent chain of custody explained to me upfront. Neither happened. I won't be using this service again and would caution anyone with sensitive documents to think twice.

I have been a customer of this UPS Store location for nearly 20 years, and unfortunately the customer service has declined tremendously. My recent experience with the front desk employees was one of the worst I have encountered in a long time.
One employee in particular, who refused to provide her name, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She had visible facial piercings and tattoos and told me directly that if I was unhappy, I “didn’t need to come to this store.” The audacity of an employee who has reportedly only worked there for a few months speaking to a long-time customer this way was unbelievable. It was also not the first time.
Instead of helping customers and providing solutions, the staff acted irritated, unwelcoming, and confrontational. It genuinely felt selective in how customers were treated, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. No customer should ever be told not to come back simply because they are expressing concerns about service quality.
I understand every workplace has staffing challenges, but professionalism and respect should still be the standard. There are many shipping and mailing businesses that continue to provide excellent customer service with courtesy and patience. Sadly, this location no longer reflects those values.
Very disappointing experience overall. Do better training for fellow employees. No wonder the business has declined significantly.

Terrible parking. Customer service sucks. Will make you wait for the customer in front of you then again while helping the customer behind you!? All while you worry about your parking. $5 to print your own label for shipping. Not sure if they treated me extra poorly because I seemed impatient. Not trying to be a Karen lol, I was so stressed out about my parking situation! This location is close but might be worth finding a less crowded area to run errands.

Store closed when I arrived. Posted open time is 8:00AM and they were closed when I arrived at 8:30.
I will remove this review when the hours posted online & onsite are updated.

Arrived at 12:05pm Sunday. Store hours posted for Sunday are 10am-3pm with a sign advertising open 7 days a week. I needed to pick up a package at this location and unfortunately cannot go elsewhere. Very frustrating.
