    Consistently the slowest service of any ups store in town. Never enough people working . I get that the folks that run this place are friendly but you have to balance friendliness with timeliness

    This is the best UPS I’ve been to. The folks that run this place provide top tier customer service. They’re extremely efficient, respectful, and kind. Jack London is lucky to have such a great mail spot.

    The main lady always changes the price when she wants. Sometimes she upcharges or puts an extra couple dollars. I don't think she realizes that I come there often enough to know the regular pricing. It's dishonest and annoying. Her husband never does that.
