I have been a SUBWAY customer for many years. I shop at least once a week. I received an email about the promotion to win a sandwich. it was my lunch break. I went to this store and was served by 2 Spanish ladies. I mentioned the promotion and ordered a turkey sandwich. I was poorly attended and they gave me the sandwich without sauce and without being able to choose what I liked or not. if the company is committed, it is available to give gifts to its customers. tell the staff to treat people well and ask what the person wants. I do not like onion. I don't like items that have been placed. my friends from other stores who went, asked and put what they wanted, said that the employees politely treated them like normal people without distinction because it was a company promotion. Was the staff upset that I asked for a free sandwich? the company ran a mega campaign to publicize a product and 2 unprepared people destroyed the company's marketing action with terrible service. I wanted the sandwich hot and with the sauces I like but it couldn't be that way according to the attendants. train your staff better so this kind of thing doesn't happen to other people anymore.
