I remember when fed ex was the cream of the crop. Now they are sour milk. It is impossible to get a representative on the phone. You have to go into a fed ex store if you have an issue a computer is incapable of fixing. Then when you wait an hour at the store, people treat you as of you are the enemy. Which I understand I'm as far as management now setting their employees up for success. Ups is far superior

The lady with purple hair dreadlocks was grumpy, unprofessional and was very unhelpful. Even it’s common knowledge on their website that when you paid for fedex express overnight shipping label, the store supposed to provide tape for customers. But she didnt want to let me use the tape and kept arguing with me at the store that i had to buy the tape. Hope the store train their employees better.
