Normally, I don't always trust negative reviews and try and give places the benefit of the doubt. But today, what I encountered made me realize that sometimes, a business with poor reviews deserves the reviews they have.
I travel for a living and deal with a lot of different UPS stores. When I arrived at this location, there were signs posted all over, stating that the computers were down and they could only receive prelabeled packages. I fit this criteria as all of my packages were prelabeled, so I walked into the store. It was empty, as far as I could see, but as I progressed through the store, a man appeared from a backroom. He told me exactly what was written on all the signs and it seemed, from my perspective, that he was attempting to turn me away. I told him that I have prelabeled packages and was just going to drop them off, as I have read the signs posted all over the store and on the door. He very quickly told me "Well, I won't be able to print you a receipt...", and while saying this, he seemed to be again wanting to push me away from dropping off my packages. I said that no receipt was fine and I would just take a picture. He very quickly responded again with another reason as to why this wouldn't work, "That will not work. You could just take a picture of the items and then walk away with them". At this point, it was obvious that he was just going to keep trying to push me away. I finally told him that trusted him to do his job, placed the packages next to the counter, took a picture of them and left.
Now, there was more that happened and more reasons why I'm frustrated to the point of leaving this review. I totally understand having technical difficulties and I'm generally a very patient person with customer facing positions... it's a hard job sometimes. It is just hard dealing with someone who seems to be going out of their way and refusing to do the job they are paid for.
great people and great service
I am sorry to hear of the last 2 negative reviews. I HAVE USED THIS STORE FOR 15 - 20 YEARS. I was there when the man with the pony tail was not kind. Yes - this was wrong. BUT - IN ALL OF THE 15 - 20 YEARS IN WHICH I HAVE USED THIS UPS STORE, THIS WAS THE ONLY TIME I HAVE EVER SEEN THIS HAPPEN WITH THIS EMPLOYEE. THE (literally) 100's OF TIMES I HAVE BEEN THERE THROUGHOUT ALL OF THE YEARS BETWEEN 2006 - 2026 - THIS EMPLOYEE, ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT IN THEIOR BEHAVIOR, SERVICE AND EFFICIENCY! I ALWAYS go to this UPS store, as I have found the other UPS stores not as EXCELLENT as this one. We ALL have bad days in which we do and say things which we regret. DO NOT judge this man or this store for this one incident! And yes, sometimes they open a few minutes late, but I tell you again - who has not been late to their job because of the constant difficulties of traffic when traveling from out of town?! Yes - it's important that businesses open on time, but you have to realize that humans open businesses and deal with customers day in day out, year after year. Please - realize that this is an EXCELLENT UPS STORE - I KNOW - as a regular customer who has been there, literally, 100's and 100's of times all of these years. Appreciate what this UPS store is and who the employees truly are - Hardworking, Efficient, Polite people!

I should have checked the recent reviews first, as it seems my experience is now the norm here. Despite arriving at 8:30 AM, the doors remained locked for nearly 20 minutes. When the staff finally opened up, there was no apology for the delay. Instead, the employee was incredibly impolite and acted as if answering a simple question was a massive burden.
Based on the lack of professionalism and total disregard for posted hours, this location seriously needs a management overhaul or a complete re-staffing.

Worst ups I have ever been had a notary appoint at 1pm the man at the counter yelled at me that the notary Doug who is also the owner was not gonna be available until 1:30pm. Asked why have an appointment at 1 if you won’t be available he said the Notary had nothing to do with the store, but the notary is the owner make it make sense I ended up taking my business to Postal Annex where they were helpful and kind.
