  I’ve been coming to this Subway for at least 20 years and they always have the nicest staff! Excellent customer service and very clean. Never too long of a wait.

  Staff and owner are incredibly rude. My 2 year old son picked up a plastic cup by the counter which we did not need. I offered to pay the $0.25 cup fee since they could not reuse the cup. The staff told me that I had to pay $2.79 because we touched the cup even though we did not get a beverage. When I protested the charge as we had not had a drink she proceeded to call the owner who said that I had to pay a dollar for the cup. My kids love the meatball Grinders here and we usually visit once a week but we will never visit this location again after the way they treated us.
