I rarely leave reviews, but I really wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing staff at this new FedEx location! Everyone is so helpful, patient, and friendly. They took the time to help me with all my printing needs for my son’s birthday party, and everything turned out great! Not only were they incredibly helpful in person, but they were also very responsive to emails, which I really appreciated. A special shout-out to Maria for being so kind and going above and beyond! Thank you all for making the process so easy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I needed to ship some boxes out of state, and I just needed a quote. The employee joyfully gave me a quote of $580 but also told me he wasn’t able to help. I told him the max weight again was good but he told me to call over the phone to their store and they will contact someone else that will be able to help cause they can’t do anything ship out the items. I don’t understand what the situation is and why it can’t be serviced at the store. Sure they can smile at me and tell me they are useless passively, I appreciate the politeness hence the two stars.
