First of all, it smells like..... Old, unchanged diapers in here and it is absolutely nauseating!!!! ...... I don't know if it is because I am not of Latin descent but, it was absolutely INFURIATING to walk in, and not even be acknowledged, or welcomed in, or told, please, give us a moment, we are finishing up with another customer. I have been standing here, silently waiting for about..... 12 minutes now and STILL haven't even been acknowledged!!!!!!
FINALLY acknowledged, and the guy is only speaking to me in Spanish.......
(And no, I am not being biased or unreasonable, Hispanic guy walked in, INSTANTLY got greeted... Wow!!!)

I am not sure who the current owner is but, you REALLY need to train your employees and hire ENGLISH speaking workers, as it is NOT only Spanish speaking customers that use Cricket Wireless!!!!!! Not only that but, you need to teach them to treat customers not of Latin descent with the SAME respect you show those customers!!!!
Horrible, horrible.... I can't even fathom how this is acceptable behavior!!
