Terrible service. Staff is unhelpful. My mom (a non tech savvy senior) took a label that needed to be printed. Asian lady staff member refused to help her and told her to just figure it out.

The only ups store that I’ve experienced that needs to work on their customer service. I have worked at the ups store myself and always greeted customers and helped with their packages regardless of the size and weight. I did not receive a helping hand with my package and the worst part is I’m currently pregnant so it was definitely disappointing to have the morning worker not offering to help if anything she asked me where to place the box instead of taking initiative and getting it herself.

Very poor service. I was returning an expensive jack back to Amazon. I was packing it right there at the store, while one of the attendants watched. When I gave her the box to seal it, for some reason, she didn’t want to do it while I was still there. She was acting very suspicious. They never scanned my package as received. Amazon didn’t want to refund me my money because they said the package hasn’t been “dropped.” After about 40 days, I was able to get my money back, but the package was never scanned by the UPS attendant. Don’t trust your packages to those people.
