I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this FedEx location.
I carefully prepared a package containing a fragile item that required careful handling during transit. The item was securely packed with protective materials to minimize movement and potential damage.
When I brought the package to the store, I asked the manager, Cesar, if a "This Side Up" or "Fragile" sticker could be placed on the box to help ensure more careful handling. He responded that the package would be turned during transportation anyway and declined my request. I found this response dismissive and unhelpful.
Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed by one day, and when it arrived, the contents had been significantly damaged. The package had clearly been handled in an upside-down position, resulting in the contents being dislodged and broken.
While I understand that shipping services cannot guarantee perfect handling, I expect reasonable care to be taken with fragile items and a basic level of customer service when concerns are raised. The dismissive attitude I experienced, combined with the condition in which the package arrived, was very disappointing.
I hope management will review this experience and take steps to improve both customer service and handling practices at this location.

Went in 5/30 at 10:30am, to pick up my printing order. Was the only customer there with 3 male workers. They took so long to ask if I needed help with anything, over 10 mins waiting when I was the only one there
