  This is a very convenient location with ample parking. I’ve found the service to be fast, courteous, and friendly. So happy that they are nearby.

  The manager is very rude and they are using illegal practices regarding charging debit cards. I had to print the amazon return label for $1 and they wanted to charge me 75 cents for using debit for a charge of less than $5. The law that prevents merchants from charging a fee on debit cards is the Durbin Amendment, a federal provision passed under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. I am reporting the store to the better business bureau. This charge was completely optional as the employee had to scan a bar code to add the charge. I asked the manager if he can call his supervisor and he was rude. He was also being rude to a lady next to me to the point she was shakimg. This isnt our first negative interaction with him. He has made unprofessional jokes when notarizing documents and other services. Amazon needs to go back to Kohls dropoffs. It is further but better service and respect.

  Staff is super cool. They'll chat it up so long as it's not stupid busy and, bonus, they're helpful and actually know what they've talking about. Open 7 days a week with a USPS drop-off is just turning your already iced-tf-up cake into ice cream cake. No large USPS drop-off boxes on the weekends; you might get lucky with a medium sized tho yo

  The store that I go to on balboa amd nordhoff is extremely helpful and very accommodating. Everyone is very friendly there

  This UPS store is by far the one of WORST stores I have ever been to !! I would never recommend anyone to go here! Waste of time and energy! The manager is extremely rude and has the worst attitude ever, rushing me and starting yelling at other customers!
