I go to Subway because of healthy food choices and affordability. Last week, I had a friendly and 5-star professional service from Sukhi and Deep. 🙏😃 Thank you!
Yesterday (May 11), however, Pam made me feel unwelcome. I went to the same Subway location (Nordoff/Balboa cross streets in Northridge) twice, first at about past 4pm and half past 8 in the evening the second time, having been in the area on that day. Pam served me on both occasions. The second time I was there, she made an inappropriate comment: “You’re still here?” I responded: “Aren’t you glad that by being here and patronizing Subway business, I am giving you job security?” The business that Subway offers should not only be about food service, but also customer service. Subway staff like Pam should not act with overfamiliarity to friendly regulars. There is a fine line between customer and service staff relationship.
