  Vivian does decent work, but I'll never come back again due to how unprofessional she is. Twice now she has wasted my time by being significantly late to my appointments (over 15 minutes) with no apology or warning and has been pushy about buying other Benefit products and preaching about how I should be living my life differently when she really knows nothing about me. She just makes me feel awkward when she does that and is hard to talk to. On two of the three visits I tried with her, she has stopped my service in the middle to pause and talk to her friends that also work at Macy's - including hugging other people when her hands are supposed to be sanitized to touch my face. Like it's cold and flu season, can we not? Not only is she wasting my time again when she does this, but she is putting my health at risk. I'll probably stay a Benefit client, but I will never come back to this location as long as Vivian is the only option.

  Wow! 😍 I have been getting my eyebrows done for years at Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar, and every aesthetician I've had the pleasure of receiving service from has been great...but, after my last appointment at Macy's in Northridge, Vivian left me amazed!! 💫

  Vivian did the most AMAZING job waxing and shaping my eyebrows! It had been a year and a half since I had them done so they were badly in need of a good shaping. She took time to map out the shape-the results were stunning! I am incredibly happy that Benefit has resumed these services...
