GROSSLY INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Interactions with customers are poorly handled, explanations are incoherent, and accountability is noticeably absent. This is not a one-off bad day; it reflects a deeper problem in leadership standards.
Management’s inability to clearly articulate policies, resolve issues, or represent the company appropriately raises concerns about training, hiring practices, and internal oversight. Staff appear unsupported and mismanaged, which ultimately impacts customers.
This location needs an immediate review by corporate HR, including management conduct, hiring criteria, and training protocols. As it stands, the current leadership does not meet the minimum standard expected to manage a team or represent the brand.
