Horrible customer service I was there today I was waiting in line to be helped and when they finally did the guy said he was going to help the guy behind me first because I wanted 4 subways… ! Like my time isn’t valuable I been waiting in line so rude never coming back…

I love having my after fasting meals here. Cheap and delicious. My go-to place in the neighborhood.

Sandwich was pretty decent and the service was good. I think the best deal is getting the sandwich of the day which wont cost you such. Prices are still pretty high for the sandwiches but nowadays what isnt expensive.

Ordered my food on the app to the wrong subway and called and they said I could only go there and can’t change it. I spoke to Justin on the phone. I called my dad and told him to go there because I paid money and he’s handicapped and they told him they never had my order. I called them after my dad told me and spoke to Josh. Josh told me the order came in and Justin lied. Justin made the food and threw it away. Very unprofessional employee! I never received my food or my money and basically got robbed by subway. I contacted Patricia the manager and she kept lying and is very unprofessional. Patricia is gaslighting me over food and will not return my money! This whole establishment needs to go under review asap!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Subway. I placed my order through the app and had an order number, but when I arrived the staff told me they had received nothing. Communication was extremely difficult because the manager (a woman) and another employee who first handed me a sandwich could barely speak English and didn’t make an effort to understand the situation.
At first they gave me the wrong sandwich (clearly someone else’s order). I returned it and asked for my order, but instead of helping, they implied that I probably hadn’t paid and told me I had to solve it myself by calling customer service. Their attitude was arrogant and unhelpful, and they showed no interest in fixing their mistake or finding a solution.
