  I guess I'm not the only one getting a bad attitude from this lady. She is destroying the location clientele. If the upper management doesn't get this lady out pretty soon, all the hard work a young man who is always willing to go above and beyond. will be a much forgotten effort. After walking in with the intention to make a payment I noticed she was helping a client. She made I contact with me and ask what I need it, after telling her I was there to make a payment she replied that the system was down, not the first time she pulled this one on me so I ask if someone else could help me, hopping In would get the guy who is also always there. She quickly became irritated and started being verbally abusive loud and in a irritated tone. I walk away and seen the guy who usually always help me. I ask him if he knew what was the issue with this lady. He replied he didn't know. He Acknowledge that I was not the first person to complain. Why is she still there?
