The old lady with the glasses and short haircut is very unprofessional. I set up an online order for pickup where it was 2 wraps and one flatbread six inch sub. We returned with one of the wraps and explained that we got three wraps instead of two, and the 6 ‘ inch sub. She swore that she only packed two and that we probably got confused with the flatbread, but she packed three wraps. She was rude, unprofessional, and immature about the whole ordeal. We didn’t get a refund or compensation for our time and money wasted. Although at the end of the day money isn’t the issue, as we ordered what I had originally ordered on the app and paid again, we received three wraps. She couldn’t even look me in the eye, deep down I believe she knew she was wrong but didn’t own up to it. I even wished her well but she was either to embarrassed or egotistical to own up to her mistake. I now understand the reason this subway has such a low rating, I don’t understand why she hasn’t gotten fired.
