    I carried in three large/heavy packages. No other customers in the store. Two employees, one at each register. As I approached the counter, one of the employees, a young guy, abruptly asks if the packages are already labeled. I said yes. He then directs me to the small kiosk to "self scan". Remember, there were no other customers. I responded saying "seriously". He responds, "Yes, we bought the scanner and want to get out monies worth". I responded sarcastically saying that they're also paying you. With the high price of shipping, can we at least get good service? Kiosk should be optional, especially when there are two ready employees and no other customers.

    Why doesn't management pay attention to the employees' manicures? It's brutal. She's been typing for half an hour with this manicure?

    I visited this UPS location today with my young children. While we were there, one of the female employees began using explicit profanity and directing it at a customer right in front of us. My children heard every word. I was completely shocked — this is supposed to be a professional business, not a place where staff verbally abuse customers and expose children to foul language. This is not a minor complaint. This is a serious failure of conduct, basic professionalism, and customer safety. No parent should ever have to shield their children from an employee's obscene outburst inside a retail store. I am formally demanding that management take immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the employee involved. If this is not addressed, I will be escalating this complaint directly to UPS corporate customer service and filing a formal report. I will not be returning to this location. Management — do better. This is unacceptable.

    Shout out to Joe at the Eastbluff UPS store for his customer service. He helped us fit an unwieldy mattress topper into a box for return to the manufacturer. We appreciate his efforts, which were successful.
