  I've been going to this UPS Store for a while now and Ivan is honestly the reason. He's quick and knows what he's doing, but he's also just genuinely friendly/ This location has that neighborhood shop feel that's hard to find these days. Highly recommend. (=

  Quick note to thank Norma. I had an issue getting a package released to me - no fault of the store’s. Norma took personal initiative and found a way to solve the problem and get me the package. Really appreciative of her efforts. Nice to see kindness and genuine service. Thanks Norma!

  I will say that usually most ups stores are just mediocre in customer service, just annoyed that everyone is doing Amazon returns, but Oliver helped me out without any fuss and with a big smile!

  The most helpful UPS store and retail store in general, no other employees will go above and beyond and complete extra services for customers and go out of their way to teach you helpful information for the next time you show up to the store. Exceptionally however, I find that Oliver and Daniel's service is consistently A++ no matter when I show up. They've both assisted me with physical tasks including carrying boxes from my car after explaining the parking lot was crowded and I had recently had surgery on my Ilium which makes it hard to lift weight. 100% recommend this store to everybody who needs ANY service here.
