  Daniel at the UPS Store in Newport Coast provided truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to help us resolve a complicated and frustrating Amazon return that would have been very easy to dismiss or rush through. He took the time to understand the situation, patiently worked through the details, and helped us find a solution. What impressed me most was not only his professionalism, but also his kindness, empathy, and genuine willingness to help. He did far more than was required, and his calm, understanding demeanor turned a stressful experience into a positive one.   The absolute best place for any shipping and mailing service!!! I stopped going to other locations because of the sweeet personal service I get. Everyone is phenomenal but I love Daniel! He makes me feel family and welcomed every time I gone i. And I come I a lot !!!
