  Been coming here for 5 years and using everything from shipping to print and marketing service. FedEx is a breeze, and a breath of fresh air compared to the Post Office or even Staples. I have dealt with Scott, Maria, and Liz. They were all great to deal with and a fantastic help.

  Keep things simple with this office. Not staffed or equipped to allow me to pickup a package for my wife during surgery- even after she called ahead to determine process. Sending back to retailer to have them resend directly to our place in Newport. Rosa will tell you to have a nice day after not solving your pickup needs.
