  I’ve been getting print worked done there for years the same thing every time and I was very disappointed. I gave them electronic copies of what they made before as well as a visual hard copy- The document be formatted was a plain word file to make a booklet. I gave it all to Conor and he said that there weren’t any production staff there but he would pass it along. He ended up being the one who worked on it But only after he forgot to relay the information that it needed to be formatted and someone else just printed it as it was. I had six phone calls with him and ended up going into the store and stood there for 40 minutes and several of the things I asked more than once to be a certain way was still not correct. I said just print it out and give me a discount as it was wrong, but I needed the materials. I got two dollars off!!! He blamed me that the document had just changed so many times, but the only reason why it changed so many times was he wasn’t formatting it correctly. Very disappointed in the store and the treatment. I left there practically in tears and emotionally, shaking like I went to war with it… When I saw the receipt and I only got two dollars off, I wanted to throw up. They really need to get their act together. Connor was unprofessional when I dropped off the stuff in person lying to me that there was no one there to work on it, then he never relayed the I gave him about making the brochure and no one sent me a proof, I instructed on one thing five times on the phone and then even in person when I went to try to pick it up and he couldn’t get it right, and then unprofessionally blamed me. I would give him zero stars but that’s not an option.

  I need a rush print done in a couple hours and they got it done sooner that I had requested. Great service and nice people.

  This place is not great. Went in and the there was only one person there. She didn't even acknowledge me what so ever after 10 minutes of waiting. Worst place to come.
