  They call themselves the everything store, but it’s ridiculously slow when it comes to printing. There’s only 1 person at the counter and she is so damn slow! They should really focus on improving the quality of service instead of being so expensive - they charge $5.50 for printing a sheet of paper that has been emailed. The rep says the $5 is a convenience fee for using the computer- which is totally insane! They charge whatever they feel like for crappy service.

  They closed earlier than 5pm on March 29th even though the posted sign said 5pm close time on Sundays. I saw them inside packing their bags to go home at 4:57 to 4:58pm even though I was outside the locked door waiting. Very unprofessional

  They ask for $5 for send an email to them for printing!!!!!! FedEx is FREE!
