  Came in to print some papers. The service was so slow for them to figure out there was no paper in their printer. Took 15-20 minutes during my visit at this location to print out 6 pieces of paper. My husband later came to send out a fax. He was helped, and asked to wait for confirmation. He came in at 2:14pm and then was told at 2:32pm that the form didnt go through. The worker failed to check on the fax machine and communicate with my husband that it didnt go through. Another customer asked if my husband wanted to go next (hence he was waiting for so long!) and that is the only reason the worker had finally checked on his fax order. The workers at this location are all very young and have no sense of urgency and don't care if they waste your time whatsoever. Don't come to this UPS if you value your time.
