  The representative at the National City location presented with such a calming voice and demeanor, it was completely a joy communicating with her, myself lacking the skills to flow with the process involved when retrieving info., from my cell phone. However, the representative was very professional and made me feel that I was not just another person entering the store, her assurance "is all good"- made my day.

  I want to take the time to recognize Jem the Manager and her associate AJ at this location. AJ assisted me over the phone ensuring that we were able to print and scan the following documents for my Aunt and Uncle who aren't the most tech savvy. When I called around store opening, AJ answered the phone and reassured that he would take real great care of them. My Aunt later called me and let me know that her experience was easy, and hassle-free and respected how patient and thorough Jem and AJ was with everything. Shout-out to Jem and AJ for really making this stress-free! You both have impeccable customer service skills, and I hope your District Manager sees this to give you both the recognition that you deserve! I would recommend this location to everyone! Busy location, but they take care of all their customers in a timely manner! 10/10

  The UPS Store in National City has really great customer service. It’s always a busy place but the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable in what they do. Have been here several times and AJ has always served me with a smile and he is also very patient. He helped me so much when I was designing a poster for my Friend’s wedding in April, we had a lot of back and forth but every time I showed up he was always ready to help me out. The other staff are great too. Excellent customer service 10/10.

  Recently came back home to San Diego due to military orders and was immediately impressed by the staff at the UPS store in National City. More specifically, it was AJ who went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my passport in a timely manner. I typically do not make reviews, but the customer service that AJ provided granted this. If there is a UPS in San Diego you are looking for, DO go out of your way to National City for this UPS.
