New here from Chicago and this store always put a smile on they face with the customer service they provide this team deserves a raise keep up the good work guys

There's only one employee working and no manager whatsoever. And people kept on leaving because the service was super slow. The lady was telling me that the scanner didn't work. How does it not work? What's the point of getting rewards if you're not able to use them? I was wait for over 30 minutes and the lady working there just completely dismissed me and leaves me unattended, didn't help me whatsoever but has no problem helping anyone else.

Went in on 8/29/25 and customer service was really bad and on top of that the lettuce wasn’t even fresh it was all brown and when I asked if she had fresh lettuce, with an attitude said no it’s what we have, and today 9/5/25, went again and asked for my bread to be toasted but instead got so over toasted our breads were beyond hard, by a simple tap you could’ve hear the bang of how hard it was. I will have to not got to this location again and will have to drive further since the other one I use to go recently closed. This location must do better.
