I ordered a Fit & Fresh turkey and ham sub, but ended up being charged for a regular sub instead. It was over a dollar more than what I should have paid. While it’s not a huge financial issue for me, it’s frustrating because it shows a lack of knowledge about the menu.
The same employee took my order, made the sandwich, and rang me up, so there wasn’t any handoff confusion—just a clear mistake. If staff aren’t familiar with the menu, it leads to situations like this.
Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I probably won’t be coming back.
