  I come to the napa state hospital to visit a family member who asked me to get them Wingstop chicken wings or chicken tenders or boneless chicken and I normally don't order Wingstop. Sorry to say this was some of the worst food I've ever tasted in my life! The food was so salty with its condiments or whatever it is that they put on the chicken or boneless chicken to give it lemon pepper flavor or Louisiana rub flavor the only thing that was barely appetizing was the barbecue boneless. I come from San Jose but again I don't order Wingstop I actually go to specialty restaurant places that make the chicken wings or even boneless chicken juicy and succulent and definitely not over salted or over salty. The date is August 18th 2026 at the time that the food was ordered was around 2:00 in the afternoon because my visitation was at 2:30. The only positive thing that came out of this experience was that it only took them 15 minutes to get the food ready. Plus we also got somewhat sick from the food because of the salt or over-salted extremely over salted food and it gave us stomach aches. But even in San Jose I have heard that the wingstops over there are not that great as compared to other places that specialize in chicken wings or boneless chicken. And I normally don't give bad reviews but for the price that I paid for this type of food or fast food was just a horrible tasting experience.

  What can I say they literally messed my order of 32 dollars I went back and they argued back and forward that it was my mistake they seemed a bit drunk as well and their service is not professional at all I will not be going back for sure

  Chicken was nice and hot. Fries were cold. If you’re serious about hot fries you may want to emphasize hot fries.

  I placed an online order for pick up! I paid close to 100 for a 40 piece group pack which comes with the wings, FRIES, and veggies! I chose the option of 2 FRIES and 1 all carrots! They did not pack my FRIES! The wings were NOT well done, even though I specifically asked for extra cooking time, and they had almost no sauce! Making most of them plain! I called over 5 times with no response! So I had to go across town again for my fries. It took them over 30 minutes for them to give me the fries! - They didn’t pack my order right! - Their food was not prepared correctly (uncooked) - Customer service is Terrible! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! The American Canyon is the better option!
