  I called today 10/12 /26 11:01 am , I have an iPhone that’s supposed to be getting shipped to my residence, but I will not be there due to me being at work. I spoke to Xfinity, which was supposed to reroute my phone to their local store so I wanted to verify .. I called this store specifically to have them check the tracking number just to see which address It was going to… The man on the phone proceeds to let me know that he cannot track it he has “no way “ of tracking it then I let him know that I was very much aware that he could. Then he proceeded to say that he could YES but was just too busy and didn’t want to “having a line “ Kameron I want to say his name was .UPS Is a shipping company that is their job to handle shipments etc .. I don’t believe that I was asking for much.

  Rude, he was telling me that they cant tape it it takes like 2 seconds, the other ups store always taped it interesting, I won’t be coming to this location again!

  I came here to get simple guidance on where my package might be, the worker cut me off twice before I could even ask my question and said "this is a franchise we can't answer your questions." I left without even asking my question because she kept cutting me off and trying to give me the customer service number. This location is useless.

  Ashly was amazing, really nice n helpful. Customer service was by far the best.
