  I understand I was cutting it close coming in at 4:57 . But the sliding protecting door was allready shut the lights off registers shut down. I beleive they should not close transactions till the time they post they are closed. I was not able to have the satisfaction of a buzzer beater transaction. That's hurt my feelings, I dislike writing negative reviews but my thumbs feel better now . Please stay open till the time posted than you can tell customers your closed

  I used to avoid this place because the lines were long and when you finally got to the counter, the staff seemed indifferent. Now, it's my go to. The lines move and the staff is really nice.

  If this store could get ZERO stars, that's what it deserves. Today, after calling yesterday to confirm that they have notary services and that notary services would be available today, I went to the store at 3pm after a long drive from Novato. I was told the guy who provides notary services was there but that he had "forgotten his book" so couldn't notarize my form. I explained that I had called the day before to confirm that he'd be there and able to notarize my document, and they showed zero interest in me, and refused to give me the name of the manager of the store. I then had to go in horrific commute traffic to the other Napa UPS store on Solano, where they took good care of me. The UPS Store on School Street NAPA is an utter disaster of misinformation and lack of customer service.
